What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

Work every opportunity: showroom, phone, internet leads, and your own social traffic.
Follow our sales process from greeting to delivery.
Answer leads fast, follow up until you get an answer, and log it in the CRM.
Shoot and post short videos: walkarounds, new arrivals, deliveries, quick feature tips.
Build a personal brand on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that sends buyers to you by name.
Learn the BMW lineup well enough to explain it plainly.
Stay in touch after the sale for referrals and repeat business.

Drive. You want to win and you'll put in the work.
Coachable. You'll learn a process and run it every day.
Reliable. You show up on time and work your schedule.
Professional. You carry yourself well with every client.
Comfortable on camera and already posting.
No car sales experience required. Retail, hospitality, service, and sports backgrounds welcome.
Must be 21 or older.
Valid driver's license.
